Shipping Policy

All orders are sent via An Post standard or tracked postal. Orders are shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

 

We cannot take responsibility for delayed/lost packages. Once they are handed over to postal service they are out of our control.

 

If there is an issue with the address  provided at the checkout please contact us as soon as you can!​​

The shipping times below are the official times from An Post but we please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays once your item has been posted.

Fastway couriers (1-2 days tracked)

UK 2-3 Working Days (2 Working Days Express)

North America: 5-7 Working days (4-5 Working Days Express)

Europe: 2-3 Working Days (2 Working Days Express)

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-7 Working days (4-6 Working Days Express)

Asia Pacific: 5-7 Working days (6-9 Working Days Tracked/Registered)

International customers please note we cannot take responsibility for any tax, customs, duties or fees arising from posting to your country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Goods may be returned to us within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Full credit by way of a Credit Note will be offered on any item returned unworn and undamaged. This will be sent by post and is valid forever.

 We can not accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

We do not offer returns on any Sister Vintage SALE items.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and item must be in perfect condition upon receipt of goods. We recommend using a tracked postal shipping option to ensure safe delivery. If we do not receive your return, we can not be held responsible.
